As have informed in a press – service of the Rosselkhoznadzor administration for Primorsky Krai and Sakhalin oblast, in the course of conducting joint monitoring and Supervisory activities of the state inspectors of the Rosselkhoznadzor and the staff of management of FSB of Russia for the Primorsky Krai in the territory of agro-industrial complex in the Khasan district has storage of more than 438 tons of fish with violation of veterinary-sanitary rules. Products of unconfirmed quality withdrawn from circulation.
So, at the time of inspection on the territory of agro-industrial complex in the absence of veterinary accompanying documents were stored: frozen gutted salmon (365376 kg) and frozen herring (72917 kg). In addition, the reviewer was discovered frozen gutted salmon (288 kg) expired in July of this year shelf life.
On the basis of established facts, all of the above fish products seized and placed in isolated storage. In relation to the legal entity instituted administrative proceedings under part 1 of article 10.8 of the administrative code “Violation of veterinary-sanitary rules of transporting or slaughter of animals or the rules of harvesting, processing, storage or sale of livestock products”.
After consideration of the administrative case, the owner of the product will be able to return to implement (438293 kg) fish, giving it the required documents in a timely manner. Overdue chum salmon (288 kg) subject to destruction or disposal. Also to violator will have to pay an administrative fine.
