Expert centre of the Union of consumers “Roskontrol” analyzed five brands of frozen cod fillets. In the sample were fish marks Agama, “Bay of plenty”, Borealis, “Coswell” and “Shturman KF”.

Threat to health was named two brands cod — Agama and “Bay of plenty”. They share the same manufacturer — LLC “Fish Manufactory Murmansk”. Experts of “Roskontrol” note that the first mark indicator of microbial contamination by mesophilic microflora exceeded twice, and the “Bay of plenty” — 1.6 times.

“Judging from the organoleptic analysis, it is possible that the fillet under the name Agama added phosphates.
