Donka with the moving hooks

As You know, even within the same reservoir there are no two identical places. Different depth, different intensity of growth of algae and other vegetation, the strength of currents, character of bottom, keys etc. All this creates such conditions that a fisherman is necessary each time to adjust to a new place. And I notice that it is right, as even the proverb known to all is that they do not bother, the fish just will not pull out.

And if You tackle box, there is a time and allow fishing conditions (e.g. weather), then tie a couple of hooks to change the sinker, and just go through the tackle, not difficult. But fishing is not all always on time or a strong wind, which strives to wrest from the hands of a thin forest, or reset hooks, or rain, and a thousand different “or”. It is clear that this is not a problem, and if you want, you can do everything, but if possible, why not.

In fact, a few years ago when fishing on a normal bottom line (and at times, and at the feeder), I was puzzled by this question: “is there a way to quickly tie off the hooks relative to the sinkers?”. Simply put, if they can so quickly drop to the sinker, or, conversely, from the sinkers or feeders, to raise the above? Usually in this situation you have to wrap tackle that first, time consuming, and secondly, pretty throws you out of rhythm. Alternatively, it is possible not to split hairs, but just to make a few additional loops on the main the forest, in which method the loop the loop will be installed leashes. In this snap-in itself tackle as a whole becomes less durable and reliable, and often confused, especially when fishing areas with current. There is another option that sometimes helps me: I do about the loop (just hands take the main forest and form a loop, not tying it), and it has already put a leash with knotted loop to form a connection. A leash on the forest holds, but at rather low loads is already beginning to slip, which is not very good when cutting.

So, on one of the trips I was literally dawned on me: I decided to use a stopper that is needed for fishing with a sliding float. Still at home, I put on the primary forest the only show stopper, well, the bottom make a loop for the sinker. The idea is that you wear a retainer, and then on the main fishing line above the stopper about doing a loop, and fix swivel. On the second ring swivel loop fix, I need a leash.

In the end, I’m getting that leash down goes down, as does the swivel as if on a loop is, well, the stopper prevents slipping down.
Thus, if I need to move the leash above the sinkers (to raise the hooks above the bottom, for example), I just move the stopper, and then tie a swivel, slightly weakening the fishing line, the loop is dissolved, and he quietly moves through the forest. Well, the reverse procedure on the same principle. It’s very simple.
It is clear that the idea is not new, probably, have already caught many, but for me it was a revelation at the time, the tackle works. Of course, when you bite, when done cutting and in the process of playing, the stopper often slips, it has to be correct, there is no perfect gear. But in some cases, when you often have to change the place of fishing, and in the hands of only a ground rod, it is such a simple installation and helps out.

By the way, using this installation, you can go fishing some time, to determine the optimal horizon of the biting fish, and then mount the blank bottom line (more reliable), and continue to enjoy fishing.

Good fishing to You.
