Methods of mounting the worm on the hook
Quite often on fishing is used to catch the worm. This bait is well distributed among the anglers use it, and with great success. A worm can catch almost any fish living in our waters. But how to place him on the hook, this will tell in our article.
There are several options for mounting the worms on the hook. The most common and simple is the piercing of the bait from the side of the head and pulling it along the body (stocking) along the length of the hook. Length of the remaining tail of the worm can be different. In some cases, when fishing for small fish, the long tail is just cut off.
Fishing for large size fish you can use another variant of the nozzle of the worm. To do this, puncture the head of the bait entering her body on a hook until the middle of the tail by the method of “stocking”, and in the middle pierces the worm, pulling the stinger out. Then we start the end of the tail to the stinger and enter the remaining part of the hook to the body of the worm, and by “stocking”.
Another way nozzles worms for hunting large fish referred to as a “beam”. This option involves pricking the worms in the middle and across the body with the conclusion of the sting out. In this way strung a few individuals to fill the hook completely. Sting remains open.
The next option of mounting the worms used in the spring, before the spawning fish, and in fishing for tench in the summer. To do this, cut the worms in pieces two inches and are strung on one or on several pieces.
Success in fishing!
