In the Samara region now has a daily production rate of fish one person can catch per day not more than 5 kg of fish. Per diem rules are introduced not only in Samara region, and all the reservoirs of the Volga-Caspian fishery basin. In Astrakhan, Volgograd and Nizhny Novgorod regions, the rate is higher – 10 kg.
