During the week from 8 to 14 October, the staff of the office of Rosselkhoznadzor for Orenburg region together with representatives of the border guard on the Russian-Kazakh border checkpoints “Mashtakova” and “Searchin” stopped 6 attempts of illegal import of goods of animal origin. All of these goods represented a potential danger, said Fishnews in the press service of the Rosselkhoznadzor administration.
In particular, with invalid veterinary accompanying documents were imported 500 kg of crayfish to reproduce. Without marking, allowing identification of the origin and epidemic well-being of the cargo, tried to import 960 kg of ROE and 5 tonnes of frozen roach. Also in Russia have not missed 180 kg of meat of Peking duck.
